[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=””]GitHub only retains GitHub repository stats for the last 14 days. To work around this, I built a simple WordPress plugin that pulls and saves the data daily. Below is the historic GitHub repository stats data collected over time — clone counts and views beyond what GitHub natively shows.
The dashboard below shows historic clone counts, views, and traffic across my repositories, going back further than what GitHub natively provides.
| Month | Total Clones | Peak Daily Uniques | Repos Active |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2026-06 | 75 | 6 | 16 |
| 2026-05 | 103 | 14 | 8 |
